I can certainly post my opinion and my experiences as well as those
that live there. I live in a big city and while some areas are dirty
overall that is not the case, the whole city doesn't feel dirty. Topeka
always had that overall feel to it. We used to shop there a lot too.

When I can place workers all over the US in all types of cities and the
ONLY town they refuse to go to is Topeka, one has to wonder why. Then
when you call people familiar with the place and they say the violence
is over the top there I'm going to listen.

Can you explain why no one wants to live there even for a short term
contract but they'll go anywhere else?
