I grew up in KS and Topeka was always a dirty and yuck of a
town. I've been away for YEARS but had some contracts to place
IT workers in Topeka. I could not get ANYONE to work there no
matter how much money.
I called my family who still lives in KS and asked what was
up. They said it is still a dirty town and has so much
violence that every one stays away from there if they can.
