The Kansas City Kansas School District has a fellows program.
If you already have a BA they will send you to school and pay
for a masters degree.
If you don't have a degree go to Avila College and they will
help you towards teaching certification. I went there and they
are a great school.
You can always take your general courses at JUDCO in Overland
Park and then go to Avila or UMKC. It is cheaper to go to
JUDCO for your basics.
