I haven't taught or been in every school in Kentucky, but the
schools in Ohio County are wonderful. We have beautiful
buildings, excellent administrators, and students who try.
Yes, our poverty level is high but most parents and children
do their best to support and cooperate with the teachers.
We, teachers and staff, consider the school our second family.
We care about the students and we care about each other.
Maybe its just the area I live in, a small rural community.
Our school has very few discipline problems and we are ranked
3rd in the state academically. I wish every one coul be this
lucky.
