Study is going global. On October 11, 2004 at 6:00 p.m.
EST the Teacher Retention Research Study located at
www.bw.edu/~jsestoka/research
has gone global featuring the survey in eight different
languages including Spanish, French, Italian, German,
Portuguese, Chinese, Japanese, and English.
On behalf of the Baldwin Wallace Research Team, I extend
my appreciation to all the secondary teachers out there
who have participated in taking our survey. The response
has been overwhelming. However, for this research study to
be a true success, more feedback is needed.
If you haven’t done so, please go to
www.bw.edu/~jsestoka/research
to take our easy ten question survey on teacher retention.
You must be a secondary teacher with 20 + years of service
to participate. No personal data has to be given to take
the survey. Our goal with this research study is to find
answers as to why teachers stay in education for more than
twenty years. Let your voice be heard along with other
teachers from around the world. Come join us and be a part
of educational research history.
