I completely understand being a teacher myself and trying to
survive or atleast be comfortable over the non-paid summers. I
was going to have money pulled out of my paycheck for summers,
but when you have to pay a mortgage yourself you need that
money each month.
Maybe what you can do over the summer vacation is tutor to
have some cash flow.
