Don't be fooled by the advisors (aka recruiters) of the
Education departments of local universities. There are no
teacher shortages in life sciences in KY. Alternative
teaching routes do not exist even for someone that has an
M.S. in Biology and passed the Praxis Biology exam w/
195/200. It is a shame that I had to spend $100 dollars
for the test, but at least I am not out the $15,000 for
    the 'MAT' degree.
