Post: Kentucky pays Stafford Loans for Teachers?

I live in KY and am looking to finish up my degree after a
long absence from the teacher liscensure program (5yrs, had
a baby who is no in kindergarten!) A high school teacher
friend of mine said that the state of KY will pay your
Stafford Loans if you teach at a Title I school for 5
years. Does anyone know if that is true? How can I verify
that?
