I have a great chance of being hired as a teacher in a
private school in KY. I am 39 years old and graduated last
year. I have had trouble finding a public school job
around
my home areas. I have applications in public schools, but
have not received more than two interviews. I have not
been
hired. I have been beat out by teachers in their 20's or
home town teacher.
I have to complete my KTIP and really want to teach.
opportunity to teach and work is greater in the private.
Should I interview and wait for an opportunity for a
public
school?
Any opinions?
