It seems odd to me that we are finally getting a chance to
get an assessment tool in KY that is reasonable for
assessing students to determine their progress, and KEA is
not supporting the scrapping of CATS...WHY WHY WHY WHY...I
think this is hideous, considering that most teachers
surveyed are in favor of either eliminating CATS and most
that dont favor eliminating CATS want drastic changes.
What is the political agenda driving this I wonder.
