Okay all you Kentucky special ed teachers are you guys
ready for testing this year? Now remember if modifications
and adaptations are correctly implemented then there is no
reason a special ed student should score novice. I just
can't figure out the correct implementation to have the
SLD, written language disabled students with word retreval
problems and limited IQs to score anything but novice. Oh
my!
