The problem with some teachers is that if you have no solutions, all
you are doing in griping. Don't be part of the problem, be part of
the solution. You speak in broad general terms about "violent and
disruptive students" in general terms and you sure don't suggest any
solutions. Again answer the question. What do you want done?
