As someone who has worked in both you can definitely compare. Stay
away from charters!! I know that you already know the faculty and
administration play a role on the teaching environment if you're a
certified teacher. The charters have a high turnover rate because
they are often run by former business people and people with
little to no teaching experience. So Jen from someone who has
worked in both I say go for the public school instead.
