I am so sorry about your teaching assignment. It sounds
absolutely dreadful. From what I have read, it sounds like
your school is taking advantage of you: perhaps it is your
youth (?), your inexperience, or your big heart. But hear
this: YOU deserve and are entitled to a morning and
afternoon break as well as a lunch period. If these breaks
are not offered to you, then your school is breaking the law!
If they are offered to you and you are not taking them,
well... then you are allowing them to take advantage of you.
And remember, in our field, if you give up your lunch for
your kids, then the admin. will come to expect this of you.
Don't do it. You will burn out so fast (it sounds like
    you're headed that way already).

I hope you can get your breaks, get another aide (is this
possible?), and/or can move to a different area of special
ed. Boy, our job is a hard one. Good luck to you
