Also I was wondering if Public schools in the area are required to have preschool now? I know it is mandated to be in place in all schools by 2012 but it seems many states are not offering it yet and are still relying on head start programs. My current state is actually leading the Nation in offering preschool in the public schools but I am ready to move south and warmer climates. Thanks for any info you can share.
