I thought that if you have certification in another state, have
taken the appropriate tests in that state, then u do not have to
take the Praxis. I am finishing my MS in Early Childhood Ed and
have taken all the NYS tests. I will be recieving my initial cert
in Aug. Am I correct? Thanx!
