will be teaching a 3/4 combination. We do not give end of the
year summaries per say. We have a reflective student led
conference with a aportfolio presentation in late April for
each parent to come to. The student is the presentor and
shows a display of growth work in his/her portfolio from the
beginning of the year to then. They have kept goal sheets and
have dated goals as they accomplished them It is a
wonderfully successful process, a great learning experience
for all, and a much truer dipiction of the child as a
learner. I also present ant assessments that the child has
taken to show growth from the fall assessments to the spring.
The final rankcard has a summary piece on the back that is
also reflective of standards met and ares the student can
work on thru the summer. I hope this helps.
