Hi Mary,
I tried emailing you through this chatboard's email feature
yesterday. Hopefully you received that email. If you did
not, perhaps you could post your full name or some way to
contact you.
I did want to post a few suggestions for any other substitutes
out there who are not receiving email replies from the
Jobulator Team. The Jobulator support team maintains a "next
business day" email response time.
So what should you do if you do not see a response from our
team? Here are some helpful hints.
1. Make sure that your are sending your emails to
Support@Jobulator.com. If you leave off the .com or the @
symbol your emails will not reach us.
2. Also check your inbox and spam folder for any emails
from "Frontline" or "Frontline Technologies." The subject
line is often "New Case Notification." These are emails from
our team. If you find them in your spam folder, you may want
to consider marking those emails as not spam.
3. If you are certain that you are sending your email to
support@jobulator.com and that there are no emails in your
inbox or spam folder from "Frontline Technologies" please
email the support team and note that you are not receiving our
email replies in your inbox or spam folder. We would be glad
to contact you using a different email program.
Regards,
Rich K.
