If so, what have your experiences been? > > I am still looking for a teaching position, and I am > thinking about giving them a call. i got 5 teaching jobs through peter eddington and the educational placement service in the chicago metropolitan area. 2 jobs lasted 1 year. 1 job lasted 3 1/2 years. 1 job lasted 3 years. the last job, in the chicago public schools lasted 7 months- from september, 2003 to february, 2004 i was assaulted and battered 6 times by my students. i think the jobs that eps can get are last minutes jobs then the school district has a full year to find a replacement for you.
