concerned They learned it all in ed school while working on the doctorate. That's the "experience" they need, right?

SO true. They hired an administrator who had only spent two years in the clasroom...and was out a LOT. He proposed/developed the mentor program and is a major suck up. The mentor program was not invented by him anymore than Al Gore ...See More

anon It's a pretty horrible place to work. The pay is very low and there are not many perks. Teachers buy their own supplies and now aren't even reimbursed for them. Their technology department is a mess. Good administrators aren't promoted. Young and inexperienced are the worst kind to work for
