Just curious, how many people who are writing bad things about
teaching in KCMO have actually TAUGHT in the district or have just
formed an opinion based on news reports and what they have been told?
Yes, there are problems, but what district doesn't have them? If you
really believe the district is that bad I have a question for you: If
you didn't go into teaching to help make a child's life better, what
are you doing in the classroom? If the KCMO district is as bad as you
say, where could you make a bigger difference?
Just my 2 cents after working for 8 years in the public school
system in Kansas City.
