Ethan,
You didn't mention how old your son is, but there is a French
immersion pre-school in Columbia called La Petite Ecole. Joëlle
Quoirini, the founder, is amazing with kids, taught in a similar
program on the eastern seaboard and coincidentally is Belgian.
Contact her at http://petiteecole.org and she may be able to
direct you to tutors or small family programs that would benefit
your son.
