Does anyone know if there is a law regarding hiring in the
state of Missouri as to "requirement to advertise" and or
length of time? Can a school post one day and hire outside
of the district the next? Then the advertisement was left
on the web for weeks and weeks...and I am sure many people
spent time, money, and hope for a position that wasn't
available.
