My Great Grandfather's family ran the store during that time
frame in Med. Lake. My family names was Johnson as well. My
grandfather sent his sons to both Med. Lake and Flaxville and
set them up with general stores. CP Johnson and Oscar
Johnson are the names I can recall off hand. I even have a
wooden coat hanger that has their names on it that they gave
out as Christmas Gifts to their customers each year. I don't
recall anyone in that family being teachers as they were all
bachelors. You should contact the school secretary directly
by phone. Most secretaries have great resources and keep a
log of all the teachers and students that have attended. All
schools keep records such as that, just ask the secretary,
they are the ones that stay the longest and have the history!
