    You are missing the true point. Montana does not want the
    people in the state to be educated. It's as simple as that.
    They like having students who can't read, write or count. The
    state depends on low-wage jobs to support the rich
    Californians who come in and buy up all the companies and
    resources.

    By giving as little as possible to education they insure
    themselves an illiterate, low-paid pool of workers.

    The best example of this is the state’s claim that teachers
    are paid higher than the average salary of the state. But
    what they fail to tell you is the state wage for teachers is
    lower than just about anywhere else in the world. They don't
    want you to notice that all the good teachers move out of
    state. It's a self-fulfilling prophecy. They want it that
    way.

    By the way, what’s the average salary of a state legislator?
