    You must have been Montana educated since your statements make no
    sense.

    So answer some simple questions:

    1) Who is the "they" you refer to in terms of pay in CA?
    2) What ranking are you talking about?
    3) You grew up where?
    4) Where are you now?
    5) If you live in Montana and think the cost of living is low,
    please cite your source.
