Hyper-testing is a joke. It simply a mechanism of punitive control and reward to buddies who support campaigns. It's an expensive mistake that should not be tolerated by taxpayers. Teachers are quite capable of assessing teachers as they did for decades. Stop the waste, torture, and insanity.

Pardon my quick typing with lack of proofreading. I should have said teachers can assess STUDENTS - not teachers. :)
