Not only is the pay very low but the benefits are not as good from what I could see. I expected that to some degree but my pay would drop by 20,000 dollars a year and I would have to pay benefit premiums which I don't have to do now. I still would like to make a move to a state in this area. Can you recommend a higher paying district with better benefits? Thanks.....
