I live in Millard and my son just started school there. I
teach in Papillion. I started my teaching career with OPS and
LOVED it - what made all the difference is the people I worked
with. I like the Papillion school where I teach and like the
students too. I depends on your teaching style, I think - each
district has it's pros and cons. I loved the variety and
diversity of my OPS classes (to be honest, I sharpened my
management skills there too). I have more resources at my
disposal in my Papillion school and don't have many management
issues. I agree with one response that you will "get to know"
the area (and stereotypes) once you live here for awhile.
