Wow, NH sub pay is very low. I am not totally griping, I'm
happy to have the opportunity to work while I wait for an
opening to occur. That is if my years of experience don't
keep getting in the way, I've been told that I'm expensive.
Ugh! I left a state where the lowest sub pay was $99 a day
a couple of years ago. I've started doing research on
sub-pay trying to find out why it is so low in NH. "In the
United States the position's national average is about US$80
per day, with rural districts paying as low as $40 per day
and larger, urban districts, paying over $200 per day."
wikipedia. Did I move to rural America?
