Post: Capstone Course instead of Dossier ?

I recently read that a Capstone Course from a college will
substitue for the Dossier needed to move from one level to
another in the teacher licensure system. I will be taking
just such a course to finish my Master's degree soon, and
wondered if any one else had heard of this option? Thanks
for any help!
