How does one self-study for the "Assessment of Teacher
Competency - Secondary" exam?

Is this material commonly covered by a single textbook, or a
single course, and if so, which one?

Is there a commercial study guide? I couldn't find one.

elementary one and still got a 95%. You probably learned most
of the major principles in your college program.

study guides there.
