Yes you can. I did. At first I was denied, my California Clear Credential
said k-12, so they denied me one on that basis. However, I pointed out to
them, in a separate email, that I WAS qualified to teach k-8 and was granted,
within the week, a Professional Level II New Mexico License. No Prob.
You have to hound and goat them, but there is reprocity here.
Having my NCLB HOUSSE Highly Qualified papers didn't hurt me either!!!!
