Write to the NM Dept of Ed...licensure dept. Send them copies
of your transcripts and request ESL endorsement on your
license. They will respond either with your endorsement or a
letter saying you don't qualify and what you still need to do
so. That's how I did it several years ago.
Or call then first and find out the procedure...don't trust a
college to tell you...they want you to take more coursework
that what the state requires! Good luck!
