What kind of test prep do you do for the upcoming Reading
OAT? This, as always, is panic time as we try to prepare
for this test. I have used Buckle Down periodically
throughout the year. We also have a class set of Focus
which I usually use as review before the test. I have used
Better Test Scores in the past when I taught 3rd grade.
Sometimes I feel like I have too many (dry)resources to
use and am not sure of the best way to juggle them. I
really would like to convince myself that I've spent the
year preparing my 6th graders with the activities that
we've done and strategies to use in answering the written
responses. However, I always feel this need to cram. I was
just wondering if any of you have been successful with any
particular strategy. Thanks in advance!
