Acording to the website of SDE, "Effective July 1, 2009,
licenses and certificates will be $50.00 and both will be
valid for 5 years".
Does anyone know if the new policy means that you may
upgrade a license to a certificate within 5 years
(previously 3 years for the alternative program)?
