Oregon DID pass a law requiring all new teachers to have a
master's within six years. However, it is my understanding that
this has been changed. If TSCP told you that a master's was not
required, then I would tend to believe them. (well, maybe I
would...) However, the post graduate hours should be converted
into quarters. They have a formula for that. I think if you
have a letter in writing from TSCP and you know what the
formula is for converting semester credits into quarter
credits, you should be able to figure it out.
