I currently live and teach in Oregon, we use edzapp.com to
apply for jobs in almost every district. I love oregon but
Oregon has 11 universities/colleges with Teacher Prep
programs, cometition is steep out here. i substituted for a
year before landing at a provate school, others I know have
been subbing for years. We get paid horribly and treated as
bad. I love Orego though so I am willing to struggle through.
