I don't know of any buzz words that would help. I do know that this
is going to be the best hiring year here that there has been in a
long time or there will be in the future. The uncertainty of what
is happening in the pension system has caused many teachers to
retire this year. Even with the tightening of the districts'
budgets and the hiring of less teachers, sped teachers are going to
be hired.

Don't get discouraged if you don't get hired right away. Many
districts hire in August when enrollment and budgets are more
certain.

The advice to get MA and CT certification also is a good one.
