It's hard to tell what jobs will look like in 2010. In the
public schools, 1-6 is an area that currently has a lot of
people looking and very few jobs. Many people retired this
year before the pension changes took place so I am not sure
there will be lots of retirements. Your ELL degree will make
you more marketable.
I am not sure what tests you are talking about. The only
tests I am aware of are given by ETS and can be taken at
almost any testing center in the country. If you go to the
ETS website you can find when the tests are given at a center
near you.
