Posted by Belton on 8/11/08 I got a call last week asking if I would be willing to take a high school English class and go back to school to get certified in that area. I am highly qualified Middle Grades. I think South Carolina has a need in that area. The best way to see the job openings in each district is to go to Sciway (an informational site about South Carolina) and go to K12 schools. It will give a link for all the districts. Go to each one and then search their job listings. Even this late, I think there are quite a few High School English jobs. I think it might even be a 'high needs' area.
