The "contract" is not worth the paper it is written on. Every South
Carolina employer says one thing but does the opposite especially the
school districts. The only way to make the teaching job work for you
is NOT to sign a "contract" until everything about your job is written
in this so called contract. When I say everything I mean as to you
specifying the number and color of tiles on the floor of your
classroom. Don't dare think for a single second that any SC school
district is going to be fair with you. I assure you they won't.
