Tony,
First of all, no, not all unions are bad. The bad thing is that
ost of them have become corrupted by people who are in it for
the money. We end teacher abuses by ALL teachers becoming
intelligent and knowledgeable abouot the political process and
become political leaders where we live.
We CAN work together in groups, but remember,
managers/professional in the traditional workforce are not
permitted unions per se, they negotiate their contracts
individually.
Once we form a group with intelligent cooperation, we design a
standard set of contracts. We get those contracts as
standardized forms across the entire state, and FORCE the
boards and administrators to follow the law....by taking them
to court over each and every infraction, and I mean every
infraction in relation to teacher evaluation, classroom
monitoring, teacher salaries, etc.
Once we have a set or team of individuals that will fight,
change SHALL happen....but you have to remember this -
education in America is POLITICALLY DRIVEN!
