Many districts in Tx still have CP. My local district does and the
difference between classroom behavior here and in the neighboring
districts is absolutely unbelievable! The HS P had to administer to
one kid early this year, but that appears to be the only time it has
been used in several years.
The Mayor? Seems to know what needs to be done.
