You could probably get hired on an alternative license. Check
out this link: http://tennessee.gov/education/lic/type.shtml
Also, check with the local school board in your area. You can
also take the Praxis exam in order to quailify for the "highly
qualified" status. Hope this helps. I am trying to do the same
thing.
