Hi Ashley,
I finally figured it out myself you go to Hamilton county
Department of Education website. Click on the human resource and
that will take you to online application. For substitute teaching
u'll fill out the application for classified position. Then
someone will e.mail you and schedule an interview. Btw for the
application you will need 3 reference letter mailed directly to
the department. I guess the whole process takes a few weeks so
start as early as possible.
