I am from Nashville. This is true, there are some sketchy
areas. The main school districts that are within this area are
Metro Nashville Public Schools, Williamson County Schools (not
too far and great district to teach), Franklin Special School
District (Within Williamson County), Rutherford County Schools,
Murfreesboro City Schools (Within Rutherford County), Wilson
County Schools (very good schools), and Lebanon Special School
District (Within Wilson County). Most all of the districts have
had secondary openings lately, especially Williamson County.
Hope this helps a bit. What the last poster said about the
Praxis is also true, but going through the licensing stuff, you
probably already know about all of that. Good luck and happy
New Year!
