I am a LCPS employee in the middle of the transfer process. There isn't much
opening up. The Third Round transfer begin after June 22-July 31, then it
is opened up for all new hires I believe

view these openings but if not..sorry I tried.

The above link will give you an idea of what is opening up in the county.
Special Ed is HUGE....lots of openings, as well as reg ed classroom
positions and a handful of part time. Not many specials..there may be a few
opening up after 3rd round when a few teachers announce retirement. But
nothing yet. SO if you are art, music, or PE, I wouldn't get your hopes
up.... sorry :(
