I teach in Loudoun too! I still have 2 work days next week,
as do ALL teachers in Loudoun. BUT, because I am an autism
teacher, I have an EXTRA 3 more days in my contract to work!
I live in WV, and my kids were done June 5. I will be done
June 26! 3 WEEKS later! Loudoun does go EXTRA every year
and we DO NOT get our unused snow days back. Fairfax DID get
their unused snowdays back. They won't give us a raise, but
could have saved LOTS OF $$$$$$$$$$$ cutting those 4 extra
days that we went!!!!!!!
