That's the problem with teaching in a "right to work state."
Certain counties, especially in Northern VA, find all kinds of ways
to manipulate the system to their advantage and make life a
living "heck" for the teachers. Meanwhile certain administrators
and the companies are making the big bucks. Does PWC have an
organization? I am glad that I don't teach in Northern VA!
